AREA is led by Chairman William Mack and Global Chief Executive Officer Lee Neibart, who bring a combined 70 years of real estate experience and have been working together since 1994. Mr. Mack has been instrumental in the creation and management of AREA's prior funds. He has over 40 years of experience in real estate and is recognized as a leader in the industry. He has first-hand knowledge of all facets of real estate investment and ownership, including acquisitions, development, finance, dispositions, leasing and management. Mr. Neibart has 30 years of experience in real estate investment, ownership, development, finance and leasing.

AREA's senior executive team also includes Richard Mack, William Benjamin and Stuart Koenig, who have an average of 22 years of real estate experience, including working together as a team for an average of fourteen years. Combined, the Partners' strong capital markets expertise, extensive transaction experience and long-established contacts in the financial and real estate communities have enabled AREA to structure investments in a manner that optimizes values on entry, during management and at time of exit.
